We aim to process all orders within 3-5 working days of you placing your order.

However, if Samia is away on tour some delay may occur - in this case we will email you to advise you of the dates.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Standard postage will be sent second class. 

Customers should expect to receive orders within 8 business days. 

You may experience delays through your local postal service, especially during peak times from October - December each year, or during Royal Mail strikes. 

Orders are packaged in secure packaging in line with our sustainability values. This includes boxes, padded envelopes, and any protective packaging (such as bubble wrap) within. 

Returns

If you are not delighted with your purchase please contact us within 5 working days of the delivery. We will ask you to fill in a simple form and will reimburse your payment in full.
